Who we are
RAMZTEK LTD is a company registered in England & Wales, based in Headington, Oxford. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number and company, the service you are interested in and your message. We also record your approximate location (IP address) to help prevent spam.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We never sell your data or use it for third-party marketing. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us.
Cookies and live chat
Essential functionality works without non-essential cookies. If you click “Accept All” on our cookie banner, we load the Chatway live-chat widget, which sets its own cookies. If you choose “Essential Only”, the chat widget is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the chat bubble.
Third parties
Enquiries are delivered to us through Telegram. Our website is hosted by Vercel. IP location lookups use ipapi.co. These providers process data on our behalf only to deliver those services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when no longer needed, and reviewed at least once a year. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
